On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
There are four workers in the Service History file where the ENDDTE date is populated, but none have the value for the SVRSN populated.
Taking worker XXX as an example, the work relationship has been terminated and the action and action reason are mapped to a MyCSP termination code

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
 value for the SVRSN leaving reason should be populated

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter resignation for employee.
2. Generate MyCSP Interface files
3. Review generated details
