Goal

How is allocation data calculated from Input to Allocation Offset, Allocation In and Allocation out.

For example data is loaded to Input cells and data is getting allocated to the Allocation Offset, Allocation In and Allocation Out cells.  How does PCMCS calculate take the input data and allocate it, to divide among the allocation members.
