ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User ran seeded Global Payroll interface V2 extract and its pulling the latest effective payroll record

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expected to see all historical payroll records in extract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit extract Run Global Payroll interface V2;
2. This is extracting the latest effective payroll record.

The Seeded Oracle HCM Extract delivers only the latest effective record of all the data groups
(for example, if a person has Promotion, manager change in chronological order, only Manager change record is coming up in the file) in the extract where as our requirements are in such a way that we need historical data at least up to one year in the Past.
