On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

When accessing Campaigns subtab in Leads, users are getting a message.

Too many matching records found

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Sales-> Leads-> Search for a certain lead -> Campaigns subtab -> getting error message.
