Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

Error in Office 365 during login
Error message has changed for the customer from previous device not recognized error to this one. Customer claims this changed after 20C upgrade, not immediately but after they restarted the machine a few days after 20C update.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open 354 side panel > Login > Connect > Authorize > See error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to Office 365 side panel
