Symptoms

A load plan is executed with two mapping scenarios steps. The first scenario executes successfully but the second scenario execution fails with the following error at the "Insert new rows" step.

The same scenario when executed manually from Designer it results in the same error, however, when restarted from the Operator it executes successfully with no error.
