ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After making changes to the BI application access in Primavera Administration, the change is not reflected to the OBI applications (BI Publisher, Analytics).
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After making changes to the BI application access in Primavera Administration, the change should be reflected to the OBI applications (BI Publisher, Analytics).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into Primavera Administration
- Assign Application Access BI stage consumers and/or BI stage Authors role (for example) to a cloud user account.
- Log into OBI. Go to My Account -> Application Roles. It is observed that the BI roles this user owns in OBI don't match to those assigned in Primavera Administration.
