Symptoms
Users while cancelling requisitions are facing the below errors -

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. You help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident XX, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Istance: UIServer_XX_XX, Application ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Approver entered comments while rejecting the requisition
2. Log in as Requester > Manage Requisition > Select Transaction
3. Cancel Requisition
