"System error" When Re-logging In OTM After Not Using the Application For 2 Hours (Doc ID 2715351.1)

When not using the application for 2 hours, the user needs to reenter the login details.

After entering them the following error appears:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. The user opens a new OTM window or tab and navigates through the application.

2. After some time without navigating in OTM, the user tries again to navigate in OTM.

3. The application rejects the user session forcing him to log in again.

4. The user log in again.

The above error appears.


Can this be avoided?
