Using Firefox to Print PDF Causes File to Open in Garbled Text (Doc ID 2715382.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When using Firefox to open a PDF Print file, the file opens with garbled text.  This only occurs in Firefox.  The PDF document opens without issues in other browsers.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The file should open with the Unifier default print.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier
  2. Open any Business Process (BP) record
  3. Click on Hamburger Menu in upper right hand corner
  4. Select Print > PDF
  5. Select desired print options and click Print
  6. In the Firefox Open window, select Firefox in the Open with drop down
  7. Report opens in a new tab as garbled text.
