Symptoms

Checking for Item Availability from the Global Order Promising Workbench returns:

Web service has not returned Item Availability information.

The issue can be reproduced:

  1. Navigate to Global Order Promising.
  2. Click on Open.
  3. Search for - Item Availability.
  4. Enter Item Number and Date.
  5. Search.
