Bell Notification List Not Displaying Invoice Hold Resolution Notification (Doc ID 2715523.1)

Symptoms

'FinApHoldApproval' workflow was triggered for 'Received Quantity' invoice hold.

However, The Bell Notification does not notify the Requestor of the hold. The Requestor has to go into the detailed notification page to spot or view the notification.

Expectation is that the Bell Notification List should include a notification pertaining to this workflow task
