When Attempting to Process A Business Process (BP) Record, Nothing Seems to Happen, No Errors Displayed in UI, Record Not Changed (Doc ID 2715564.1)

Symptoms

When processing a Cost Type BP Draft and attempting to "Send" the record to the next step in the workflow, there is no change in the display, it doesn't appear that anything is happening. No processing window, no dots, nothing.


 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expecting the BP record to be created and sent to the next step of the BP workflow.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment
  2. Navigate to Project/Shell where the BP has been configured > Task Manager > Drafts > Open the Cost type BP record draft.
  3. Click "Send"
  4. There is no visual clue that anything actually occurred when you click "Send".
