Emails sent from the OIC Notification Activity are no longer being received (Doc ID 2715578.1)

Symptoms

Emails sent from the OIC Notification Activity are no longer arriving at the destination mailbox.

However emails sent to different email providers are working fine.

Example: Emails sent by OIC to user@xxxxxx.com are not received, whereas emails sent to user@yyyyyy.com are received successfully.

This was working previously, and the OIC Activity Stream and logfiles show that the emails are being sent successfully from OIC in all cases.
