Tax Status Dropdown (LOV) In Tax Rate 'Rapid Setup Spreadsheet' Has Only Four Values (Doc ID 2715599.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Tax Rates 'Rapid Setup Spreadsheets', 'Tax Status Code' field has a dropdown (LOV) with the following values:
STANDARD
REDUCED
ZERO
EXEMPT

This puts the impression that selecting tax status codes from the above four is compulsory whereas this is not the case.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Any value should be allowed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Setup and Maintenance
2. Navigate to task Manage Tax Rates and Recovery Rates
3. Click on Rapid Setup Spreadsheet >> Download Tax Rates Spreadsheet Template
4. Check the LOV of the Tax Status
