OTBI Scheduling Agents Not Sending Emails (Doc ID 2715698.1)

An agent is supposed to send the report as email attachments to recipients identified from there Usernames as well as direct E-mail Id's. However the scheduling agents are not sending any email(Neither to User's nor Email ID). It is also not showing any errors or warnings.
