User is not able to update suffix of employees bank account thru Personal Payment Method (country New Zealand)
> Go to My Client Groups > Person > Person Management
> Search for the person > Actions: Payroll > Personal Payment Methods (PPM)
> Select the bank account > Click Pen under Edit
> For the existing Bank Account > Click on the Edit/ Pen
> Observe Account Suffix being ‘222’ > Update Account Suffix with ‘333’ > Save and Close > Save
> Observe the Account Suffix remains the same: ‘222’
