System Does Not Assign Checklist Task To Secondary Assignment's Line Manager For 'Add Assignment' (Doc ID 2715756.1)

Goal

We have requirement to trigger checklist for 'Add Assignment' and 'Hire an Employee' action. We have configured three to four tasks to be assigned to employee's respective assignment's line manager. We have notices that for 'Add Assignment' action system is assigning tasks to primary assignment's line manager instead of secondary assignment's line manager.

Our query is does oracle supports performer and owner as per assignment for add assignment action?
