Can ITEM_HTS_ASSESS Be Populated Automatically during Data Conversion (Doc ID 2715782.1)

Goal

As part of data migration there is a need to populate ITEM_HTS_ASSESS.

In the UI this table is populated automatically when associating an HTS code to an item based on the duty comp code.
During migration using DCA Tool of item data (item master, hts and item_hts) will this table get populated automatically using standard logic?
or is there a way to trigger it being populated automatically?.
The logic to generate the data for this table is extremely complex as it also involved identifying the correct HTS tariff to apply etc and would be not be simply to do with a high risk of error.

Steps to Recreate:
1) configure ELC_COMP, CVB_HEAD, CVB_DETAIL, HTS, hts_tariff_treatments etc
2) import item_master, item_hts using CDA tool
