On : 11.13.20.04.0 version, Subscription Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
subscription quantity and corresponding invoice in receivables quantity are not same


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
subscription quantity and corresponding invoice in receivables quantity should be same

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create subscription with 2 quantity
2.activate it
3.create invoice for the subscription
4.invoice is getting created with quantity 1
