Symptoms

Purchase Orders

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Purchase Order UI
Unable to see line 2 in the purchase order.
Change History shows that at one time this purchase order had 2 lines
line 1 canceled
line 2 entered
Now, line 2 is no longer displayed. Only line 1.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to see line 2.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue cannot be reproduced at will, but looks that the customer executed these minimum steps:
1. Create a purchase order, save, submit for approval, approve it
2. Create change order 1: change shipping method, save, submit for approval, approve it
3. Create change order 2: cancel line 1, create line 2 , save, submit for approval, approve it
Change Order 2 shows processed but line 2 is not available.
