Symptoms

When attempting to approve a quote via email, the following error occurs.

An error has occurred while trying to process your Request. No changes have been saved. Details of the error are:

Could not perform Action: Approve
You do not have permission to perform Action: Approve as corresponding Submit action has not been performed.
