Symptoms
ISSUE STATEMENT:

When trying to create or edit the experiments it is redirecting to the target URL of the experiments, so unable to create or edit the experiments.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to occs-admin.
2. Select Marketing > Experiments.
3. Click on the draft experiments to edit, but it redirects to the target URL.
