Custom Scope must be specified to change the value of Access Token Expiration (Doc ID 2716188.1)

Symptoms

The OIC manual states the following, but the changes to the Access Token Expiration are not reflected.

 Configure a Trusted Application to Authenticate with OAuth

g. In Expose APIs to Other Applications, select Configure this application as a resource server now.
    - In Access Token Expiration, change the default expiration time of 3600 seconds(1 hour) if desired.
