System Errors When Attempting To Reversal An Impairment For Newly Created Assets With Impairment Reserve And NBV = 0 (Doc ID 2716466.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to reverse an asset that was created with impairment reserve and NBV = 0, system error with the following error:
 
The rate adjustment factor calculated is outside the allowable range.

The module FAPIMP ended with an error.
The module Process Impairments ended with an error.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
    1. Create asset with impairment reserve and depreciation reserve

    2. Load the “Impairment reversal” templates successfully

    3. Scheduled Process shows Process Impairments with Status of 'Error'.
