PRC: PO: Error In Job "Import Blanket Agreement" Invalid Agent_id (Doc ID 2716621.1)

Symptoms

User is trying to perform fulfillment on the contracts that have been migrated into the system in order to make them available as purchase agreements.

User is receiving an error while running the job "Import Blanket Agreement" in order to create the Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) number.

 

Error:

"The value of the attribute isn't valid." Column name: AGENT_ID.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go in Tools
  2.  Scheduled processes
  3. Submit New Process
  4. Choose this process: “Import Blanket Agreements”
  5. Press OK
  6. Insert required parameters
  7. Submit
  8. Error occurs in logs
