Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Right Panel is missing from the Service request details page if the page is opened from the Contacts screen.
When the same service request is accessed from the Service request page the right panel is available
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that the Right panel is available on the SR details page so users can view the knowledge information.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service > Contacts.
2. Select a Contact
3. On the Contact details page select the 'service requests' subtab.
4. Select a service request.
5. On the SR details page the Right panel is missing.
