Email Notifications for Partner Users Incorrectly Contain an SSO Login Link (Doc ID 2716695.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When a Partner user clicks the Unifier Login link in a Unifier Email notification for a specific Business Process (BP) Record, an SSO login page is displayed.  Partner users do not have an SSO account so cannot login on this page.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The link should direct the Partner user to a non-SSO login page.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. A Partner user receives a Unifier Email Notification.
  2. The user clicks on the Unifier Login link in the email.
  3. An SSO login page is displayed.
