Error "A Connection To The Eerver Has Failed" While Overwriting Custom Policies In RMS (Doc ID 2716732.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to overwrite custom policies in RMS, the following error occurs.

"A connection to the server has failed. (status=503)."


Steps To Recreate:
1. Go to RMS RAAC in Stage Environment and select Policy Patching.
2. Click on overwrite custom policies.
3. Note the above error.
