On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Setup, Rapid Impl and Security

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User is not able to define Transaction Calendar

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On clicking + icon on transaction calendar , user should be able to create one.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to set up and maintenance >> manage transaction calendar
2. Click on + icon
3. Further screen to define the calendar does not pop up.

4. The same screen shows with no details to create the calendar.
