Symptoms

While creating Item List through Upload list, the following error is triggered:
"Some error has occurred. Error received is : null. Please contact System Administrator".

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Login to RMS Application.
  2. From the Task menu --> Click on Create Item list.
  3. Provide the Item list description.
  4. In more action drop down , select Items.
  5. Click on +Add to add Upload list for items.
  6. Upload CSV file and select on OK button.
