Information in this document applies to any platform.
While creating Item List through Upload list, the following error is triggered:
"Some error has occurred. Error received is : null. Please contact System Administrator".
Steps to reproduce:
- Login to RMS Application.
- From the Task menu --> Click on Create Item list.
- Provide the Item list description.
- In more action drop down , select Items.
- Click on +Add to add Upload list for items.
- Upload CSV file and select on OK button.
