Fusion Absence Management: Certain Absence Request Approval Emails are Not Being Sent to the Approver

Certain Absence Approval email notifications are not getting sent to the Approver. For example, a Line Manager is not getting an Absence Approval email when one of their team members applies for an absence, although they are able to get the Approval emails from their other team members.
In all cases, they are getting the BPM Worklist notification. The expected behaviour is to receive both an email and BIP worklist notification entitled:
- They are able to get the absence email notification for certain team members, but not all.
- The same approval rules are firing for all of the team members
- It can be observed that when the manager receives the BPM Worklist notification for the problematical person that it contains a broken image link at the top.
