Instance not found

A user reports that for an application he can not find the instance 123456 to follow up, through the processes menu:
The user has the correct roles:

The instance is also not found when searching for it using Oracle API methods.

Records that the instance was processed are available. The process instance has a database record each time a user submits a task.
