Symptoms

An Error is reported when Order Management Extensions are executed to invoke a Web Service:

An error occurred when running extension XXXXX Item Class Product Category and Product Type_Save, during event On Save: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.RuntimeException, msg=oracle.apps.scm.doo.orchInfra.publicModel.service.integration.ServiceException: When calling the connector XXXXX, the following error occurred: Message send failed: Connection establishment timed out. (DOO-2685846). (DOO-2685874)
