Try to enable Descriptive Flexfields created in PER_ASG_DF with next step:
1. Look for the task manage Descriptive Flexfield
2. Search flexfiled code PER_ASG_DF
3. Edit flexfiled code PER_ASG_DF
4. Edit the global segment Global Segments
5. Checkbox BI Enabled
6. Save and close
7. Deploy flexfield
8. Schedule process
Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence
I repeat the same with field and shows value in OTBI
