Absence Record Allows Absence Over The Weekend, Need to hide the field "Save and Close" (Doc ID 2717922.1)

Absence Record allows absence over the weekend
 
 Workaround
---------------
Absence setup > schedule non-working day not enabled. This should prevent user from applying absence on weekend (non-working day).


Steps to reproduce
------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The absence was created by the employee. There is currently only one active assignment and only one work schedule attached.
2. The employee cannot submit if there is an absence over the weekend which is what is expected, however, employee can save an absence over the weekend.
  a. which should not be allowed as this messes up the employee's timecard and not letting the employee book time because of the absence spanning over the weekend.
3. The absences are routed to line manager for approval.
4. The timecards are auto-approved when employee submits them.

Business Impact
-------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to submit timecard with absence extending over weekend. This is affecting More than 5 users.
