Goal

Wrong store receipts are failing in RIB when items are not part of shipment.

Error:

Shipment does not exist for BOL XXX , To Loc AA , From Loc AB.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Create store to store transfer.
2. Consume shipment message.
3. Publish wrong store receipt with items which are not part of original shipment (worn store receipt Ind is Y in system options).
