Cannot Delete Interface Data with ADFdi CorrectCustomerData.xlsx (Doc ID 2718154.1)

Symptoms

User set "Mark for Deletion" and "Changed" flag in ADFdi CorrectCustomerData.xlsx, however system does not delete interface data.

Reproduced Steps

  1. Download ADFdi CorrectCustomerData.xlsx from Manage Customer Uploads window.
    AR -> Billing -> Upload Customers from Spreadsheet

  2. Check "Mark for Deletion" and "Changed" flag.

  3. Click "Upload" button however system does not submit any ESS job and does not delete the interface data.
    If user click "Submit" button, system submits ESS job "Upload Customers" and does not delete the interface data.
