[IDCS] The COMPUTEBAREMETAL Application cannot be Found in the Application-Menu (Doc ID 2718264.1)

 I tried to confirm COMPUTEBAREMETAL Application by following the steps to do the Federation configuration.
 However, this was not found in the application menu of the IDCS admin console.
 Where should I check on this?
