Run All Calculation Scheduled Job Isn't Processing Any Changes. Completed in Few Minutes. (Doc ID 2718450.1)

Symptoms

Schedule the "Run All Transaction Processes" jobset for full 2019 date range on run daily.  The jobset finished successfully in 3 minutes.  When checked the transactions, they were not calculated.

STEPS

1. Navigator > Credits and Earnings > Run All Transaction Processes
    Process By = Specific Date
    From Date = 10/8/20 ( default )
    To Date = 10/9/20 ( default )
    a. Change the From Date and To Date to 1/1/19 - 12/31/19
    b. Click on [ Advanced ] button and set the schedule to run daily at 6:00 AM.

2. Review the Earnings in Manage Earnings and do not see any commission generated
