Cannot Add Input Fields to Forms When When Using Non-English Locale (Doc ID 2718470.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Cannot enter a new input field in a Form when using non-English Locale in OPC.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to enter Input Fields in Forms when using non-English locale.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Change Locale in Preferences to non-English (i.e. Brazilian-Portuguese).
  2. Navigate to Workspace > Workflows and Forms > Form Design.
  3. Edit a Form.
  4. Attempt to add an Input Field. No dialog will appear where an Input Field can be selected, and the Add Input Field button will now be greyed out
