"Unreachable" is Displayed in the Connection Status with ADBridge on the IDCS Directory Integration Screen. (Doc ID 2718580.1)

Symptoms

 An IDCS failure occurred and the connection between IDCS and ADBridge could not be established, resulting in a 500 error. This issue was quickly resolved and the ADBridge status was also  "Running", but when I checked the directory integration on the IDCS side, the status remained "Unreachable".
 How can I successfully connect IDCS and ADBirdige?
