Symptoms

Stock counts created at division level do not have any entries in STAKE_PRODUCT table.

Steps To Recreate:
1.Stock counts created at division level do not have any entries in STAKE_PRODUCT table.
   While creating a stock count without setting in product level, it allowed save the count.
