Cubed OBLPN Is Stuck Status: In Packing While Task Is Completed (Doc ID 2718796.1)

Two OBLPNs are stuck with status: In Packing.
We are not able to Cancel or continue pick for the following OBLPNs:

OBLPN1, task: Task1 (Cancelled status), Order: Ord1
OBLPN2, task: Task2 (Finished) Order: Ord2

The status of the OBLPNs are In Packing.
If you enter into the RF pick cart transaction and scan the OBLPN you will get this message:

CxOBLPN is on another x
Pxcart x

We noticed than User1 was working with  Pick cart number1 and  scanned OBLPN1 on it and started picking for Task1.
User2 entered the same Pick cart number1 , received a message like "Pick Cart number belongs to another user" in English.
User2 accepted the message and scanned OBLPN2, finish the packing of  OBLPN2 and finished Task2.

Now  OBLPN1 has status: In Packing and the task1 is cancelled.

What is process to cancel the pending allocations of these two OBLPNs  so a new wave, allocation, pick and pack can be executed?
