Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Setup and Configuration

When attempting to a new bank branch,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
The combination of bank and branch name already exists. Enter a unique combination. (CE-660018)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Bank and add first branch
2. add the second branch with the same name but different Branch numb
3. Get the UI error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add multiple bank branches with the same name under a bank.
