VBCS Application Throws 401 Unauthorized Error After Becoming Ideal For 2-3 Hours (Doc ID 2719109.1)

Symptoms

Using VBCS application version 19.4.3.3.0, created a Service Connection with SFDC REST APIs and the connection is working fine. When the application becomes ideal for 2-3 hours then SFDC API throws a 401 Unauthorized error. After reconfiguring the same credentials in Service Connection, the application starts working as expected.

vbSessionExpired invoked with error: Cannot refresh session  without a login url.
utils.js:89 Message received from client {success: false, error: Cannot  refresh session without a login url.}
sessionExpirePlugin.js:153 An attempt to refresh SSO session has failed:  Cannot refresh session without a login url.
