Goal

When moving location between zones, prices would differ depending on a few system options columns.
In version 19.1 Location Move system options such as pasted below, do not exist anymore.

LOCATION_MOVE_PURGE_DAYS
LOC_MOVE_PRICE_CHANGES
LOC_MOVE_PROM_OVERLAP
LOC_MOVE_PROM_OVERLAP_BEHAVIOR
LOC_MOVE_PS_REVIEW_OVERLAP

How does a Price Event (PE) achieve/inherit the expected behaviors without setting up these options?

For example, in the below scenario the PE fails to inherit the new Price Change.

1. Create a zone group with two zones, each having some stores.
2. Create items.
3. Assign items to locations in both zones.
4a. Create price changes with 2 different retail prices for each zone for item A
4b. Create clearances with 2 different retail prices for each zone for item A
5. Move one location from zone 1 to zone 2
6. Notice that there's no change in those item/location retail.
