Item Induction Load is Stuck in New Status (Doc ID 2719446.1)

Symptoms

 In Retail Merchandising System(RMS), When user performs item data using Induction functionality, it is stuck in new status.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Enter the data in Item master sheet and item expense sheet tab in item induction template.
  2. Load the sheet to process the data using item induction.
  3. If user tries delete it in UI: data loading > review status > action - delete.
  4. Getting this message : One or more records in SVC_PROCESS_TRACKER table is currently locked by another user. Unable to delete at this time.
