Fusion Global HR: ADF Error when Opening Contacts Tab from Person Management Page

On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to open Contacts tab from Manage Person
the following error occurs.
"ADF_FACES-60097: For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #..."
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to My Client Group
2. Person Management
3. Search for an employee
4. Actions -> Person and Employment -> Person
5. By default, the Documents tab is opening instead of Person tab
6. Try to select the Contacts tab -> ADF error received
