Symptoms


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an inbound e-mail is received by the system Service Requests are not getting created as the message fails with the following message:
"The value of the attribute XXXXXX isn't valid".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that a service request will be created from the inbound e-mail

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User sends an inbound e-mail to create a service request.
2. The service request is not created
